The homeowners on this project had made the best of a small out dated kitchen but finally decided to do a remodel and change the layout. The room size stayed the same but a change was made from a “L” shaped to a “U” shaped kitchen. This more then doubled the storage and counter space. The kitchen was upgraded to code by adding additional electrical circuits and adding additional lighting. We were able to save the tile floor that was only a few years old. New granite counter tops and glass tile back splash were installed. The design incorporated a few specialty cabinets including a pull out spice cabinet, double tiered silverware organizer and door mounted bag holder. Finally the project was completed with door end panels, crown moulding and light rail trim to hide the low voltage under cabinet lighting.
